Who is it For?

• Certified NLP Practitioners from any discipline and background

Prerequisites

NLP Practitioner Certification. This training is fully comprehensive, it will be INLPTA certified.

If you have not completed your NLP practitioner certification with the NLP Training Institute or Results Partnership Ltd we will require a copy of your NLP Practitioner Certification and gain an understanding of material and experience to date.

Programme Structure

Journey to Mastery is divided into modules. The segments of each module are delivered and designed to give in-depth experience quickly, but also to ensure sufficient time to digest and integrate the deepest learning and achievement of personal mastery.

The training is conducted using lively variety of formats including whole group presentations by the trainer, 'how to' demonstrations, small group exercises, large group exercises, diagnostic sessions, practical skill-building work, and discussion. There will also be plenty of time to get your questions answered throughout the training.

Material is drawn eclectically from different schools of NLP including Dilts, Delozier, Bandler and Grinder and Andreas.

Master Practitioner - Modeling Project

On this programme you will be invited to apply the training material to something that is particularly significant to you personally or professionally. Practical application and experience of the benefits is one of best ways to learn and integrate learning at the deepest level.

Modeling sits at the heart of NLP and has engendered the numerous techniques and processes that your trainers will be using.

Choose a modeling project in which you would like to learn real expertise and excellence and spend five month modeling in this area as part of our Journey to Mastery programme. Advice and support on how to devise, structure and implement a modeling project which will have significant impact for you within the direction you are taking.

Each section of the training is designed to take you step by step through your modeling project teaching you new skills and concepts in a way that directly applies to your project, as well as having many other applications,

Your modeling project can be anything at all as long as it is ethical and has a practical application. Modeling projects frequently end up generating new and practical applications of NLP and excellence in areas of interest (Business, Sports, Coaching, Education, Psychotherapy, Personal Development and so on).

This can be a source of personal satisfaction and sometimes, even income. Projects can often end up paying for your training many times over. For this reason they can be financially rewarding for both individuals and sponsoring organizations.

Master Practitioner Certification

Our Master Practitioner Programme meets and surpasses the standards and requirements of:

• The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA)
• It also meets the requirements of the Association for NLP. Your certification will be accepted by ANLP and will entitle you to full membership.
• The UCKP (Modular Psychotherapy Training Programme)
• In demonstrating a commitment to quality an external assessor will be present on the final two certification days.
• Certification is optional on this programme. The final two days of the programme are dedicated to certification assessment and to do it is your choice. Your certification is a world-wide recognised NLP qualification.

What happens during this training?

Journey to Mastery is divided into modules of 3 or 4 days. The days of each module are scheduled over a long weekend. We also schedule dedicated modeling project work within each module.

The training is conducted using lively variety of formats including whole group presentations by the trainer, 'how to' demonstrations, small group exercises, large group exercises, diagnostic sessions, practical skill-building work, and discussion. There will also be plenty of time to get your questions answered through the training.
